How to Reset Toshiba Laptop Password?

Below are the two methods of changing the password on Toshiba Device:

Reset as an administrator:

1. On your Toshiba device log in as an administrator. Click the Start button and in the search box type ‘lusrmgr.msc’. Tap Enter for opening the Local users and Groups Management console.
2. In the left pane double click on the Users option. In the middle pane you can find all the user accounts listed.
3. For each user, one at a time right click on them and change the access code by selecting ‘Set Password’ option from the context menu. You will see a dialog box prompting you to enter a new access code.

Using Windows Password Reset Disc:  

1. First power on the device and either click on or type in the account name of which you want to change the access code. For bringing up the Incorrect Password dialog box enter anything into the Password box and press Enter key.
2. For closing the dialog box tap OK button. Into the computer’s disk drive after inserting the password reset disc.
3. Once you click the Reset password button wait for a while for the disc to load. Follow the onscreen instructions for resetting the user’s access code.
